Welcome to Campus 360, the School ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Application of Ziago Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Campus 360 on web and mobile platforms, including all services, features, content, and tools offered.

By using or accessing Campus 360, you consent to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Definitions

• Application / Platform: Campus 360 School ERP, including web, mobile apps, modules, backend, and all connected services.
• Institution: The school, college, or educational institution utilizing Campus 360.
• User / You: Any person using the Application (e.g., teacher, student, parent, admin).
• Ziago / We: Ziago Technologies Private Limited.

2. Scope of Agreement

• Student Information Management
• Attendance and Timetable Scheduling
• Exam and Grade Management
• Fees and Payment Modules
• Teacher-Parent Communication
• Library, Transport, and Hostel Modules
• Mobile Notifications and Reports

By using Campus 360, you agree to use the platform as authorized by your institution and according to your assigned role.

3. User Eligibility

• You are a student, parent, faculty, staff, or authorized vendor.
• You are 18 years or older, or using the platform under consent.
• You are not restricted by any applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Keep account details accurate and updated.
• Use Campus 360 only for educational/administrative purposes.
• Report unauthorized access immediately.

5. Authorized and Unauthorized Usage

Authorized:

• Access schedules, grades, and notices
• Submit assignments
• Track reports and communicate responsibly

Unauthorized:

• Sharing login credentials
• Uploading illegal/offensive content
• Accessing unauthorized data
• Reverse engineering the platform

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and design belong to Ziago Technologies or its licensors. Users may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of Campus 360 is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using it, you agree to data collection, communication via SMS/email, and compliance with applicable data laws.

8. Availability and Service Disruptions

Ziago may perform maintenance or encounter outages. We are not liable for loss of data or service interruptions.

9. Suspension and Termination

• Violation of terms
• Unauthorized or fraudulent use
• Institution ends license agreement

Access will be revoked and data handled per institutional policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ziago is not liable for any academic, financial, or technical loss due to user negligence, device issues, or misuse.

11. Amendment of Terms

Ziago may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be notified via website or in-app message. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall be handled in courts of Guwahati, Assam. Parties agree to resolve matters amicably before legal steps.
